Michel Aoun, ousted war-lord, former enemy of Syria turned friend, says he'll start a new civil war unless the government resigns.

"We hope ... a very peaceful change takes place, preserving stability in the country," Aoun said. "If this change does not happen in such a way, there are other ways to escalate from now on."
