Khaddam personally accuses Bashar of murdering Hariri
Former Vice President Abdul Halim Khaddam went on British television (Sky News) today to make that statement.
The wild claims would have got top billing on the news two weeks ago, but the slow drip-drip effect of Khaddam's comments are becoming as monotonous as another bombing in Baghdad.
No-one cares.
And quite rightly.
By next week, Khaddam's statements will have about as much credence as a SANA press release.
I just looked at SANA site ,it seems more reliable than Khadam.

OK, SANA is the government mouthpiece and one does not expect anything else than more 'langue de bois', recitation of the official truths.
One astonishing news (and welcome one), if I understood correctly, Bush is going to encourage the learning of Arabic in the US.
Indeed, if more Westerners knew Arabic the Arab world would get that many more supporters and not only spies as we are a little too prone to think in this part of the world.
