Lebanon offers ceasefire
Lebanon's Prime Minister Fouad Siniora has offered Israel a ceasefire - he was said to be so emotional that his voice was cracking as he made the announcement.
Israel has imposed three conditions: the two soldiers are released, the rocket attacks stop, and Hizbollah is disarmed.
1) disarm hezbolla
2) release soldiers
3) manage the border
sounds like reasonable demands
