Syria is "fully co-operating" with the UN inquiry
They are the words of UN analyst George Jabbour after investigator Serge Brammertz met Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.
He said it's a sign Syria is starting to take the pricess seriously:
"The meeting shows two things: that Syria is convinced of its innocence in the crime, and that Syria is committed to UN resolutions and will implement them totally."
Brammertz left Damascus yesterday after spending six hours in the capital. He interviewed the President and Vice-President Farouq Ash-Sharaa seperately.
I think Syria should understand by now that France is not a freind of Syria and should move now to change all forign langueges available at school to all others but Frensh

norman,
If we only teach school children the languages of countries that are 'friends' with Syria, everyone will be fluent in Persian!!..
