It could've been much worse
The bomb happened on a Saturday morning, the second day of the weekend. If it had happened one day later, many many children would've been killed.
The explosion happened outside a school - large parts of the building have been destroyed.

the timing of the bombing is the same time where children leave their homes heading to schools. i cannot think of this without my shink shivering.
i was thinking that this was meant. it was meant to be done on a saturday morning, and not one day later..they have a kind heart after all!
