Water, sanitation and medical supplies are running out for the half a million refugees in Lebanon according to internation relief agencies.

They fled their homes after being ordered to leave by the Israeli army.

Yesterday Israel destroyed a medical supplies van coming across the border. The day before, a house of rescue workers was targeted by Israeli jets. And today Israel has destroyed a Red Cross emergency relief centre.
